Very happy with the support and services provided by Dr Brims and her team. The level of transparency and the clear guidance through all stages made the entire process feel calm and well supported. I would especially like to acknowledge Dani Stephens from the reception team — she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and approachable, and always provided timely follow-ups, which is so important for first-time parents. I had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Brims at Genae Clinic in Canberra. From the moment I walked into her office, I felt supported, heard, and genuinely cared for. Navigating fertility treatment can be an emotional and overwhelming journey, but Dr. Brims made the entire process feel manageable and full of hope. Her receptionist are always so helpful- to even draw my blood when there was no blood collectors so I didn’t miss ovulation & the nurses were always so informative & helpful.
Dr Brims is incredible and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is struggling with their fertility. She was extremely thorough with investigating our issues, which has since resulted in a beautiful and healthy baby boy. Dr Brims leaves no stone unturned, and is excellent at explaining results, options, risks and benefits, which allowed us to make informed decisions. We are extremely grateful to Dr Brims and the staff at Genea for helping us to achieve our dream of starting a family. A heartfelt thank you from us!
