El canal de Univisión debería de suspender de promocionar un lugar que no da el servicio que prometen en la televisión. I brought my mother here for a second opinion, but unfortunately, the office experience was far from professional or helpful.
No lo recomiendo para nada, lo busqué en Google y fui con él ya que las reseñas eran muy buenas, pero al ir a mi segunda consulta nunca me atendió el Doctor Serrano, solo te atienden las enfermeras y el Doctor nunca llego y las enfermeras te atienden con un pésimo servicio
My mother and grandmother both went here as they trusted what they saw on TV. They waited over 2 hrs to be seen. Appt was at 11am and didn’t leave the office until 6pm. They said a young lady started examining them in the exam room as she questioned the reason for their visit & they expressed their concerns in regards to their knees. When asked to see when they would be seeing DR. SERRANO they were told he was not available and they were only going to be seeing her a NURSE PRACTITIONER.
