Dr. Caldarella is possibly the world's best doctor, as well as a caring human being. Everyone in his office, from the receptionists to the nurses, are friendly and respectful. They answer the phone promptly, without a huge phone tree to navigate and are knowledgable and quick to solve problems. This has to be a result of the atmosphere that Dr. Caldarella creates.
