Dr. Zheng explained the thyroid surgery so i could understand things. Her staff members were very welcoming to a new patient. But most importantly Dr.Zheng's surgical skills are impressive. Day 2 after surgery and I only have a sore throat. If I didn't have a bandage over a scar on my throat I would not even believe I had surgery. I feel almost normal. Dr. Zheng was great!! She took her time with explaining the surgery process at the initial office visit. I didn't feel rushed. Her surgical assistant was the real MVP! Saprina was amazing! She put me at ease and let me know I was in the best hands with Dr. Zheng. She was super easy to talk to and made me feel so comfortable. I am 2 weeks post surgery and I'm feeling really good.
Dr Zheng is amazing! After months of the 1st ENT doctor ordering test after test after test and spending thousands of dollars I was able to get in to see Dr. Zheng and have my surgery within weeks. I’m so grateful for her insights and professionalism and efficiencies.
