She takes the time to explain everything. If you have questions afterward, she also has a great supporting team that knows how to handle your paperwork and gets everything done promptly. She personally calls you to answer your questions, not her front office. She has been the best doctor I have dealt with in a long time.
Dr. Zheng explained the thyroid surgery so i could understand things. Her staff members were very welcoming to a new patient. But most importantly Dr.Zheng's surgical skills are impressive. Day 2 after surgery and I only have a sore throat. If I didn't have a bandage over a scar on my throat I would not even believe I had surgery. I feel almost normal. Great service
Dr. Zheng was great!! She took her time with explaining the surgery process at the initial office visit. I didn't feel rushed. Her surgical assistant was the real MVP! Saprina was amazing! She put me at ease and let me know I was in the best hands with Dr. Zheng. She was super easy to talk to and made me feel so comfortable. I am 2 weeks post surgery and I'm feeling really good.
