As a healthcare provider, I’m writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the care I received from this office. A patient reached out to me, requesting records to ensure continuity of care. However, from the moment I introduced myself to the staff, I was met with hostility and a lack of willingness to assist. Dr. Fawaz is an excellent doctor—very professional and attentive. The office accepts both insurance and self-pay patients. Since he is usually booked, it’s best to schedule an appointment in advance. The staff is also kind and welcoming. Thank you!~Martika

Schedule an appointment for what I thought was a yearly physical as a new patient. A month later at the appointment date I was told I needed to pay for the first visit to establish care and then I could come back for my yearly physical. The lack of upfront communication made me chose to not use this practice as my PCP.
