Doctor himself was incredible! He listened, asked questions, and truly cared! But the front desk staff at the Farmington Hills location is really unprofessional and it makes me uncomfortable. I even asked not to be contacted about my honest feedback about their unprofessionality, and one if the staff members I complained about called me themself about my review. I clicked not to contact me and stated that I did not want contacted. It was really weird. I'd like to hear back from management or the doctor himself only.
Dr. Rizvi is hands down one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. He really takes his time with you during appointments and makes sure all your questions are answered. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients, which is rare these days. His staff is amazing too! Allison, his nurse, is so kind and attentive, and Amanda at the front desk always greets you with a smile and makes check-in super easy. Dr. Rizvi is truly one of the most compassionate physicians I’ve ever visited. I wish every doctor practiced the way he does. He listens carefully, genuinely cares about your concerns, and focuses on treating your pain with the goal of helping you heal—not keeping you on medication long-term. I’m deeply grateful for everything he did to help me with my back pain. I highly recommend him.
I have been a chronic pain patient for years and have always followed every rule, including my opioid contract. Recently, I went to the emergency room for extreme tooth pain but did not fill the prescription they offered me because I didn’t want to violate my pain contract.
