The office is extremely unprofessional, with long wait times and a lack of timely responses. I called multiple times because they forgot to prescribe my mom her medications even after her in-person appointment. Instead of asking the doctor, the front desk is asking me what medicine is prescribed? Absolutely ridiculous
My visits at the Valley Stream office are always a great experience. The welcomes makes me forget that I’m here for medical appointments. Dr Khan and her staff are an awesome, caring team. The service here is second to none. I will continue to recommend Dr khan to my friends, coworkers, and family members.
Super nice staff. They treat you like family Doctor Khan is Super NICE and Knowledgeable. BLAIR OMG IS SUPER NICE and MAY is spectacular if you ever in need of an endocrinologist this is the place to GO. Guys keep up the good work you are marvelous.
