Appt 1: Forced to reschedule. Appt 2: Expecting to see Dr. Merida, instead got Dr. Burgos. He seemed nice, but ended up telling me I was an overly emotional person and I seemed fine enough without any of the help he had originally offered. I left with a script and follow-up appointment, which I asked them to schedule on a Friday. Come to find out it was actually scheduled for a Thursday. Missed it. Rescheduled. Appt 3: Waited 45 min and never got called. Staff did not care. Left barehanded.
