Uncaring office. Dr. Rugova seems competent and smart. However, his bedside manner sometimes feels dismissive. I have also found it extremely difficult to get through to the office for prescription refills. The office doesn't respond to my pharmacy when they reach out on my behalf. I end up needing to reach out myself and wait on the phone for very long periods of time on Caremount's main number. Visited Dr. Fatos who was recommended by a friend. I was extremely happy with his attention and sincere care. He answered all of my questions, provided me a through layman’s understanding of cardiac care and risks. I never felt rushed and the entire staff at the office was awesome. Ashley who did my intake was super friendly and professional and had an amazing personality. I would recommend him without reservation. I traveled 90 minutes from home and would do it again. Dr Rugova is a thorough doctor who embodies a combination of warm bedside manner and competence. He and his lovely nurse Rosemary are always patient and considerate, taking time to answer questions and call back when you have a concern or issue promptly. I highly recommend.
