They do not care how bad you hurt. I had to wait a over a month for an appointment. A couple of days before appointment they called to reschedule the appointment because the PA I had the appointment with had a family emergency. That's fair but they had no other appointment available for another month and a half. Find another practice especially if you are in current pain.
I was very happy with Dr. Nowrouzzadeh. I have a history of GI problems and was very nervous about my procedure. Dr. "N" made me feel calm and I felt sure that he would do all he could. He was compassionate, knowledgeable, offered options and answered all my questions.
