Dr Farrah Hughes is the Director of the Behavioral health department. That department is awful! I called Dr Hughes to let her know I am not getting calls or messages back from my Drs office. I have gone 8 days without my medication!! I leave messages for my doctor and nurse and 5 days later, I don't have a call back. They showed me how to sign up for the patient portal and I still don't get messaged back. The staff is talking and laughing loudly and acting like they are having a party.
