We came into this urgent care with a serious concern and we pretty scared. We ended up going to the ER. Writing this review because the receptionist was rude and unfriendly, and the nurse was outright nasty. She said she was hoping to treat my husband because it sounded like a “very interesting case” to her. Completely insensitive and unbecoming of anyone in the medical profession. Don’t go here if you prefer to be treated with respect.
Showed up around 3pm on a Wednesday. Receptionist said "Doctor left early". Pretty useless urgent care. Just go OTB to Masonboro Urgent Care, they are a legit urgent care center.
Arrived during open hours but the single provider left early for the day, so no urgent care was able to be provide. Clinic advised it is mainly family practice and due to understaffing the urgent care was recommended elsewhere. Not even simple things like an ace bandage or medicine are available.
