Extremely disappointing experience. My mother was sick and under her care, and when we tried calling the clinic, no one answered. When we called the personal number that she herself provided, her behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful. We are paying patients—we are not asking for free treatment. The way she spoke and the attitude she showed, including the way she looked at us, was very unprofessional. Patients and their families deserve basic respect, especially when someone is unwell.
