I wish I could give a more negative rating. My friend had an absolutely disappointing and distressing appointment with Dr. Fariba . She was left without any support or guidance and was not given the opportunity to ask any questions. The appointment lasted only 10 minutes, and she was charged $350 AUD. She showed zero empathy and made my friend feel like her pain was not a big deal and that she was just a number on her list. I had surgery earlier this year and the whole experience was probably one of the worst I’ve ever had with a professional. I was initially referred to another Dr at the clinic but then found out I was meeting with Dr Willison-Behnia, which I assumed would be great since she’s the owner. The consult was fine, she was blunt but she listened to me and scheduled me in for surgery. Very expensive for a 5 to 10 minute appointment - $320.00 for each visit including post op follow up. Still recovering from a very traumatic operation experience. No doctor visit before op or discharge from overnight stay - but a referral from the nurse to walk across the road (while it was raining and extremely cold)to visit her beauty clinic to get LED treatment after my operation for a ‘post op’ treatment.This is a further fee of $60 with a 45 minute wait Wanted a copy of her notes.
