We had an issue where I was told one thing in the phone and then when I arrived for my procedure they said, “that conversation never took place.” I cancelled the procedure because I didn’t appreciate being called a liar. Ashley called this morning and apologized for the poor customer service and said she would get to the bottom of the issue. I have no issue with Dr. Farooq. He has always been very professional.
