He is just the best. And a brilliant doctor!
Dr. Farooq was my gastroenterologist for over ten years, and he was truly exceptional. His excellent bedside manner, clear explanations about my condition, and attentive listening made a significant difference in my care. Now that he’s no longer with Gastro One, I can only hope to find another doctor who shows the same level of care and dedication to helping me stay healthy.
We had an issue where I was told one thing in the phone and then when I arrived for my procedure they said, “that conversation never took place.” I cancelled the procedure because I didn’t appreciate being called a liar. Ashley called this morning and apologized for the poor customer service and said she would get to the bottom of the issue. I have no issue with Dr. Farooq. He has always been very professional.
