J’attendais dans la pièce principale en faisant la queue, une fois mon tour arrivé, la personne m’a indiqué qu’il fallait se rendre dans une autre pièce pour l’examen des yeux. Quand je m’y suis rendu, la personne à la réception m’a dit qu’il était trop tard car mon rendez-vous était dépassé de 10 minutes.
