My daughter went yesterday for a yearly check up with Dr. Militar at Limeridge Mall Lenscrafter. The optometrist is very approachable and knowledgeable. He explained every procedure to my daughter. Great customer service! Christopher was very helpful. My daughter had hard time choosing her eyeglasses. Christopher brought a few and made easy for her to decide. Great service.
Eye doctors are pretty good from what I have seen. Making an appointment over the phone the person hung up twice and didn't answer the third. I was like, hello, is this the Fallon vision group? Yes. I need an appointment for my daughter is a patient and has an issue with eye. They hung up. Called again, hung up. Then didn't answer. Made appt. online. After appointment. **CORRECTION** Unfortunately, my father had a very frustrating experience here during his eye test with Optometrist **ASHIWINI SELVAKUMAR** Despite clearly stating that he was struggling to understand the instructions due to the mask she was wearing, his hearing difficulties, and the fact that he has only one eye, ASHIWINI still submitted a failed test to the Ministry of Transportation without his consent.
