From the reception to the actual consultation was a positive experience and the attending optician made me feel comfortable throughout the exam
The receptionist and staff are very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this location for all eye exams. Diabetic tests are also done here, and everything is covered under your benefits provider.
The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They educate you about your eye health, what the different tests identify and how your eyes are doing. The staff are friendly and you end up seeing the same people over the years, which is super nice to see.
