Excellent experience! The staff was friendly and professional from start to finish. The eye exam was thorough, and everything was explained clearly. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend
Staff was friendly but I was not pleased with part of the examination. I currently wear glasses and booked the test to see if I might need a new prescription for my nearsightedness. I expected the optometrist to use the phoropter to test if my vision could be improved with a new prescription. However, that did not happen. I also had a retinal imaging but the image of my eyes that the optometrist showed me did not show my floaters while a previous retinal imaging did. Overall, I was not satisfied.
I had a wonderful experience at this office—from the warm interaction with the front reception to the thorough eye exam with the optometrist. Dr. Sahota is friendly, attentive, and takes the time to listen and address any concerns. I would highly recommend their services.
