Dr Carter is a wonderful Dr and Human being. She is smarter than the average Dr I have for the past 2 decades. She follows on medical issues and helps me to feel better with her knowledge of current medical issues. I highly recommend her especially if you seek a medical professional and caring person. .
I have known Dr. Carter for a decade, and I would not trade her for another doctor. She is very knowledgeable, supportive, and caring. She listens and does not rush into prescribing medicine, because she knows they have side effects. But when she prescribes treatment, it usually works. If you want to be in safe hands, she is the one to go to. I'm very grateful to have her as our family doctor.
