Office staff was rude.. Everytime I saw him it was like the first time we met. I never felt like he listened to me and only wanted to give me medication.
Super nice gentleman. Professional at all times. Provides information and explains things well. His staff is extremely nice as well.
In 2025 went and not only was the staff helpful and kind, and I liked Dr Alam as well.
Office staff was kind and helpful, Dr. Alam was a major disappointment. Seemed very in-empathetic and uninterested. Would not recommend.
I went to him for lower back pain. He was more interested in me doing a sleep study than my pain. I went to see him 3 times, with no answers, just a sleep test. So i had my family Dr refer me to another neurologist, this Dr was at SIH. And on the first appointment the new Dr sent me for MRI's. And found out I have severe spinal stenosis and a degenerative disc in the neck. And talked to Neurosurgeon directly after. So I feel Dr Alam did not give me the proper care.
