In 2025 went and not only was the staff helpful and kind, and I liked Dr Alam as well.
Office staff was kind and helpful, Dr. Alam was a major disappointment. Seemed very in-empathetic and uninterested. Would not recommend.
I went to him for lower back pain. He was more interested in me doing a sleep study than my pain. I went to see him 3 times, with no answers, just a sleep test. So i had my family Dr refer me to another neurologist, this Dr was at SIH. And on the first appointment the new Dr sent me for MRI's. And found out I have severe spinal stenosis and a degenerative disc in the neck. And talked to Neurosurgeon directly after. So I feel Dr Alam did not give me the proper care.
Dr. Alam is very professional and listens to me. His staff has always been courteous, friendly, and helpful! Dr. Alam is attentive to my concerns and extra needs as well as his staff. Thank you, S.I Neurology!
If I could give ZERO STARS! I would. The staff is rude. After a year's worth of tests. It took like ten phone calls to get the appointment to get my CPAP. Long drawn out EXPENSIVE process. The first time they didn't even send the order! I had to call two different suppliers to get the right one. The staff are beyond rude and don't know how to help someone with disabilities.
