I found the office staff very pleasant and professional. Our experience was always very pleasant. The young lady that I would take cadence his blood was very good and just a delight to work with. The issues we did have, (which were important issues) were I never got to actually see the doctor past the initial visit. The nurse practitioner was a very nice man and he was very kind to my granddaughter while he was examining her and speaking with her. This place is very very unprofessional. I am normally not a person to get on here and pick reviews but I’ve been sick for three months. I drove up there twice two hours away and two hours back not once. Did I ever meet the doctor then I have called multiple times they were supposed to call me back never did then they were supposed to do a video call yesterday I waited and then all of a sudden right before five.
