The Hispanic receptionist here is rude. I've observed her shouting at patients who are just asking simple questions, and she does this when the doctor isn’t in the office those days, and she refuses to provide you with your own medical records claiming she can’t send them. And tells you that it takes months to get an appointment.

Great doctor. I’ve known him ever since I was a child and now i am in my 30s. Always available and accepts walk ins. Hi physician assistant Joseph is excellent.
