My 18yr old daughter just had her wisdom teeth extracted. The doctors and nurses were great, especially the surgical assistant, Janelle. Unfortunately the older receptionist is very rude. I had called to ask a question and she wouldn't tell me because she said I wasn't on the file and had attitude. I had very good experience at the clinic The doctor nurses and staff were amazing I would recommend any one that is nervous about dental work to see him. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
Very rude receptionist who clearly doesn’t want to do her job. She seemed inconvenienced by my questions regarding preauthorization for insurance purposes. When I'm quoted $2000 for an extraction, I like to know if I will be covered, at least partially and for some explanation/transparency regarding cost. Long story short, I went elsewhere and had the extraction done for $300 including consultation and xray (deemed as a complicated procedure).
I had all 4 wisdom teeth surgically removed here yesterday. I’m terrified of dentists, needles, and any and everything related to my oral health. These people were so kind, assuring and helpful. I didn’t want my teeth out, cz they came in so nice and straight which is unusual, but they were hurting. I got to keep my teeth & take them home, and usually at least one gets broken, but Dr Hajjaj said he would do his best to make sure that as little as possible happened to them, and I got all 4 teeth back fully intact.
