The office is near impossible to get through to. Prescription refills are left unfilled. Pharmacy calls to the office are left unanswered. We JUST went to see the doctor two weeks ago and the prescription we needed didn't get refilled and now are being told we need to come in to see him before they will refill beyond the one month. The infectious disease we are facing is not curable and the prescription we are needing is not one that will ever NOT be needed. Doctor Haddad is not just a knowledgeable, intelligent doctor he is a compassionate person which, in my experience, is hard to come by. He was not only caring of me but my family as well. If I could give ten stars I would.
