Not sure about the doctor’s expertise, however the customer service is TERRIBLE!!!! Stay away from this place. My mother has been waiting for a cpap for over 3 months and they do not answer the phone. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone. I is hard to believe that the doctor is unaware of the terrible service his staff is providing. I do not recommend this practice.
Horrible, avoid this place. They will not answer their phones. Owners of this business: hire new receptionists! I have called all hours of the day, morning, right after lunch break from morning until closing.. probably 60x or more.. and it just rings. How is no one available to answer a patient call in the entire day? This is unacceptable when there are patients health on the line. Doctors: You're losing patients due to this disservice your staff is doing. This is not the first time we have had no luck getting through.
