Excellent team, excellent communication. Dr Pivetta (he prefers calling him by first name) is great, listens to my concerns, input and takes a calm, measured approach to health issues. I find this Much better than overwhelming you with a bunch of costly pharmacueticals in hopes that one of them might work. Very wise. Great staff & assistants too. Regarding some other posts, be respectful of other peoples time & schedule, and have reasonable expectations and life is pretty good.
This doctor is an insurance snob!!!! He degraded me and told me that I was unfair to him because I asked to many questions! And that that wasn't fair to him. Was under the assumption and made comments on my income due to the fact of the insurance I have.. Avoid them with all cost!
My daughter and I have visited many physicians with my grandsons. Upon visiting this "physician" I feel even more strongly about the fact that people should only do what they enjoy doing. As a physician, you should care about your patients. You should also not degrade them in any way. This physician not only made my daughter feel bad about the fact that they can't afford medical insurance outside of Medicaid but he really didn't do much for the baby. Everyone here is great! Doctors you can trust, nurses who are all knowledgeable and impressive, and an office staff that is friendly and knows what they're doing. So glad I found this office for my family.
After spending months trying to find a local Dr for my primary care (that is within my network, not retiring and accepting new patients) and waiting for almost 2 weeks for this, I get an appointment with this guy. I show up without the papers they emailed me filled out. Why? Because the scans that they provided were were so poor I could not read over 80% of the docs.
