It is a different Optometrist each visit. Last time I was referred to MEC (Medical Eye Consultants) in Pickering for follow up tests for a condition diagnosed by the optometrist. The clinic she sent me to was very shady (wanted to collect extra & for test not covered by OHIP). After they did not complete the tests, and told me to come back the next week to see the surgeon, I decided to get my own second opinion with a trusted practitioner. Very friendly, they found the issue and helped take care of it
Terrible. Stephanie gave my appointment to another patient because I was stuck in the Costco parking lot. I arrived 3:51 and was in the Costco plaza at 3:44, for an appointment at 3:40. She was terribly insensitive to how much I needed to see someone today. The optometrists here are good but after this shameful episode, they may have lost our family's business. TERRIBLE TREATMENT. I have used their service for years for family members.
I've been here at least 3 times for my eye exam. Very efficient. The receptionist is awesome.
