Great experience,I am so glad to have found Dr. Koyfman's. My husband does not like any doctor he sees and has to be forced into going to appts. He had a new patient exam with Dr. Koyfman yesterday, and before we finished the exam he was telling Dr how awesome he is and that he will definitely be coming back! He has very good bedside manner, and explains everything in detail making sure he covered all your concerns. This practice is a scam and the front desk worker does not know anything. They refused to bill against our insurance and required my wife to pay in full, even though she requested multiple times to bill against insurance. A week later, the doctor then submitted to insurance and currently double dipping on payments. The doctor's office is now refusing to refund us or the insurance company.
Very friendly Doctor, knows his stuff.
