The minute you walk in the door you're greeted by a pleasant employee. Then the staff takes you back & gets you ready for Dr. Petrela. The staff members are kind, courteous & professional. Dr. Petrela is such a wonderful doctor & lady!! She puts you at ease, tells you everything that she's doing & is very gentle & she truly cares. I trust her!! Then when you leave the check out person is pleasant & helpful & they work as a team up in the front office. I would rate my experience a 10 out of 10 & highly recommend this office!!
