Not that I wish a collision upon anyone, but Jim (Dr. Evil) will have me and my family’s business for life. He did a tremendous service for me. Going to incredible lengths, ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty to track down reasonably priced car parts and genuinely help me out when my car was totaled by an uninsured motorist and I was paying all out of pocket. Jim was fast, reliable and communicative! He did wonderful work and my car looks like new. He even arranged my rental car for me! One of the best customer service experiences!
Second time I've gone to Dr. Evil. Jim is the best. My car was disabled during evening drive time and I was able to have it towed to his shop with assurances either him or his body guy would stay open until I arrived. They went to work right away. Only supply chain difficulties got in the way, but Dr. Evil and his crew were on top of it.
