Updating to add: It's been 2 weeks since I was told by the front desk that Dr. KALYOUSSEF had to agree to release me as a patient before I make an appt with someone else and as per her usual, she hasn't responded because I have recieved no phone call back at all. Good thing I found a new ENT who has already seen me in the meantime and I never have to delay with Barnabas or KALYOUSSEF again. Literally, awful. Very compassionate and knowledgeable. Explain things very well. Would highly recommend her.
Dr Kalyouseff, is very competent, caring, thorough, and very knowledgeable. She has great bedside manners and truly cares about her patient. She is calm and excellent at communicating and listens to your concerns. I would highly recommend her. She goes out of her way to help you with any concerns you have. The care and kindness she offers is unmatched and her wealth of knowledge doesn’t compare.
Good doctor. My one star review is because even though we had an appt for a follow up we waited over 1 hour to be seen. Staff are rude. Shame because the doctor is a very good doctor
