We had axel as our plumber and couldn't be more satisfied. He was punctual both times, yes we had to have him and his mate, jonathan, return because when they first opened the new toilet, the tank was broken. It was a toilet we bought with the box in perfect condition. So, he rescheduled for the following day and arrived when we would be at our house in Kent without any issues.
