I saw Dr. Shikora for the first time today. I had very little wait time and was seen fairly quickly. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. Friendly and has a sense of humour. Definitely will be going back. (Seen at Magee Hospital)
This doctor severely damaged my uterus during a "routine and safe 7 minute D&C procedure that will not impact your future fertility". Because of damage from this single procedure, I required multiple surgeries and still have a severely damaged uterine lining, which will likely prevent me from ever being able to conceive again. He didn't even call to apologize for essentially castrating me. Allowing him to touch my uterus was the single worst decision I have made in my entire life.

Absolutely the worst Dr. I went there 16 weeks pregnant. My baby had NO heart beat. He said it was OK baby might be turned, and to go back to work. No baby in de-stress... No let's get a ultrasound... Just go back to work. NO THE BABY WAS NOT TURNED THE WRONG WAY AT 16 WEEKS. EVEN A EBAY ULTRASOUND COULD PICK UP A HEARTBEAT AT THAT AGE. MY BABY PAST ON. NEVER WILL I GO TO HIM OR OFFICE AGAIN. IF YOU DONT KNOW, NO HEARTBEAT MEANS NO BABY. YOU ARE UNFIT FOR YOUR JOB.
