Why is Dr Geller operating on people with Diverticulitis he is a general surgeon please please do what my wife did and get it done Laparoscopic. It can be done at Stony Brook or at another facility do not let them talk you into doing it generally it takes months to recover and you will have a huge scar. He should tell people he does not do Laparoscopic and that you have a choice. Dr Eliot Dresnick refers him and probably gets paid doing so.
