TERRIBLE customer service, the ladies that work the front desk have the worst attitudes. I have been waiting months for them to simply communicate with me in regards to my care. I constantly had to call them and my insurance and do their job for them. If you care about your dental hygiene and overall peace of mind. DO NOT GO HERE. The only good encounter was with the dental assistant that took my xrays..everything and everyone else needs a complete makeover. This coming from a PCC myself.
