Had no problem with my visit or the Doctor or people I encountered. But getting an appointment is unbelievable. By the time I was able to book an appointment until the time I saw the doctor was over a month.
Dr.Weiss and Dr. Fines are very knowledgeable and are great doctors. I give the doctors 5 stars but the problem with both offices(Nee Smyrna and Port orange) is they rarely answer their phones and you don’t get a call back. Discussed this with Dr. Fines and they said they were aware. Yet nothing has changed. It’s difficult when you can’t reach an office especially with a serious diagnosis.
Dr Fynes has been excellent at diagnosing my husband's problems and providing appropriate medications. Follow ups and appointment schedules have been on time.
