If I could rate lower, I would. My experience with Dr. Evan Collins was extremely disappointing. He was condescending throughout the appointment, speaking in long, unnecessary explanations that felt dismissive rather than helpful. I came for a second opinion and hoped for guidance on next steps, but he refused to provide clear advice. Dr, Collins is hands down the BEST. I have a rare bone disease. Multiple Hereditary Extosis. I’ve been a patient of his for over 30 years. He’s done nerve decompressions. Countless other surgeries on my arms. Extosis(benign bone tumors)removal . And elbow replacement on my right elbow. I had such horrible pain. He’s fixed me up so many times over the years. Like many other posters here, I can’t say enough good things about Dr Collins. He is the best. I have suffered with joint pain in both thumbs for many years. I had one doctor tell me many years ago that there was nothing that could be done. I would just have to live with the pain. I am retired military and I was searching for a hand surgeon that took Tricare insurance, for retired military. Dr Collins was one of the only doctors in the area who accepted Tricare.
