I was referred to Dr. Avilés after experiencing a chronic illness followed by the devastating tragic loss. I was always skeptical about counseling sessions and anything of it's nature. But, I knew I needed to start somewhere. I gave myself the opportunity to try it and gave her the opportunity to show me that there are ways out and that counseling sessions do work. She is nice in the beginning. After a while you realize she is not focused on solving your problem. When she started advocating my kid leave home with no means of support or stability I said no thank you. I mean what's the plan? No plan? No thanks.
She is nice in the beginning. After a while you realize she is not focused on solving your problem. When she started advocating my kid leave home with no means of support or stability I said no thank you. I mean what's the plan? No plan? No thanks.
She is nice in the beginning. After a while you realize she is not focused on solving your problem. She is divisive and does not promote family values. I would pass.
