The best Neurologist I've had in the last 14 years. He takes the time to truely learn and understand what's affecting you. I've been receiving treatments that have changed my life, for the better, after years of searching. What a kind, knowable human.
I saw him today for the first time after seeing other neurologists and having chronic migraines for 20 years. I was not very impressed. He had no new tips for me, would not do Botox unless I stopped my current protocol even though I assured him I would hit the 15 plus days a month of migraines. The only positive note was he set me up with tordahl at home. I will be moving on from his care.
I’ve had migraines since 2000, with the ocular type starting within the past two years. I have been through the whole gamut in this long time period, but was so pleased with Dr. Muntean and his knowledge. He didn’t rush me at all, he answered all of my questions, and was patient with me. I have been doing Botox treatment with him and it has really helped the amount of moderate to severe migraines that I get. I recommend Dr. Muntean because he is personable, full of knowledge and he takes time with his patients.
