I’ve been a patient here for 7 years & I’ve seen Dr. Eugenia Gray several times for my ears & sinuses. In 2019, she performed my sinus surgery, I healed quickly. I felt great afterwards. She’s polite, professional, easy to understand & genuinely seems to care about her patients. She is extremely thorough and I highly recommend her.
Office discriminates against immunocompromised patients and does not take proper precautions to ensure patient safety. Doctor was asked to mask during procedure due to increased risk and refused. In the middle of cold and flu season when you're working on people's noses and throats, not masking is just blatantly irresponsible. Then refusing to do so even temporarily when requested by a patient with an autoimmune disease leading to increased risk? And you call yourself a doctor? Disgraceful.
Had my first encounter with Dr. Gray recently to have my ears cleaned out after needing it for far too long. She was very personable and made my visit an enjoyable one. Left a very happy camper. Thank you.
