Excellent Medical Center and staff. They go out of there way to take care of their patients. Very pleased!
I have been seen by several of the Drs at the Jonesville facility. I have always been pleased with their ability to fit me in as I seldom make an appointment but usually show up for same day service.
The doctors are great but the office help is terrible. 99.99% of the time when you call to make an appoint or to speak to a person to help with a question, you receive an answering machine saying they are busy or with another patient. They are not! I have been there when the phone rings and saw three people in the office in a circle talking. No one made an effort to answer the call.
