The staff were friendly and effecient!
Dr Veley is 5 *. However it is impossible to get past his first line of defense to schedule post hospital visit that he requested you to do. Six months is a long time to wait for F/U, especially when he told you to schedule within next couple weeks after treating you for pneumonia at BSW for five days. Love him but not scheduling process. Maybe have separate access number for hospital F/U?
Patient reviews are everything and that’s how I found Dr. Veley. I researched and scoured the internet in search of a Dr. who actually wanted to practice medicine (not many Doctors care anymore). His staff are all very nice. I find Dr. Veley to be an exceptional, very knowledgeable Pulmonologist who truly cares about his patients. He also stays current with latest treatments and procedures. After my first initial visit and some testing, I finally had a diagnosis and could start treatment for it. I could finally breathe again... read more
I always receive excellent care when I visit the office. Calling in to talk to a real human being leaves a lot to be desired.
