Very dismissive, didn’t go over cardicmonitor results . Appointment was at 10 was in my car by 10:20. Very disengaged , sarcastic. This was, is THE WORST doctor I’ve ever experienced at St Francis, as a chronically ill 25 year old patient it was very disappointing.
Dr. Poplin is absolutely the most knowledgeable doctor I have ever had. He always listens and asks questions before taking notes, or looking away. I have always received great care and advice from Dr. Poplin. I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr marlin has been my doctor for 7yrs and I love her because she listens to me she just doesn’t rush me off like these doctors we have now she really listen to you and your concerns .
AMAZING DR. Very Knowledgeable, caring and listens to concerns! Explains everything clearly and has an excellent bedside manner. Front Desk was Very thorough and nice office was very clean and wait time was minimal. Unfortunately, he doesn't take mdwise so I have to go back to my other Dr. who pales in comparison.

First impression and visit went well. From check in to seeing Dr. Lai was pretty quick, found Dr. Lai to be very friendly and easy to talk to. While Dr. Lai does answer questions she listens even better, asks a lot of questions gathering information. I was looking for a new doctor because I was tired of driving down to Rush University and have found one here.
Great Doctor! I have been with her even when she was on Michael Drive. She is my primary care doctor and I am very pleased with her!
She was rushed. She got up 3 times to leave the room. I had to explain I was not done telling her what my issues are. She did not exam me, did not even listen to my chest, breathing or anything. I felt completely disrespected.
