I have been his patient for over 20 years and he has been nothing but wonderful! He goes beyond in helping me understand everything regarding my health! He personally replies to me on the MyChart app answering all my concerns and questions! After switching my care from Caromont providers this was the best decision I ever made. And mind you I had good insurance and could choose about any provider however, Dr Renynolds is the best in every way possible!!
Dr. Reynolds is a very thorough and thoughtful PCP. The staff is always accommodating and supportive of any request I have had.
My mother is a 24 year patient becuse he is supposed to be a specialist for a specific medical condition so providers are very limited. Terrible care. Complete disregard of what their patients are going through. Lack of service. No follow up or guidance after diagnosis. If you can see someone else it is highly recommended!
