The receptionists taking phone calls for this practice are very unprofessional. I called to make an appointment and the woman on the other line had no clue what she was doing and was very unfriendly. Dr. Kalmuk and his PA are very nice but the atmosphere is very unwelcoming when you come in. It takes 0 effort to have "decent" customer service.
The best! I have been with him over 20 years!
