Called just a minute ago and the front desk rep was very rude. My daughter has uhc ppo as her primary insurance and simply as secondary. That's only used of her primary doesn't pay. She refused that book an appointment because simply requires a referral which I have it is just not to their location specific since I had to call around and find one that take her ppo plan.
