My sister has been a long time customer of this office. Dr.Kim is excellent at his work but his employees are petty, rude and lack civility. She recently went in for a follow up appointment and was told she would be unable to continue with their services there because of some unpaid bill from many years ago. Up to that point her insurance had covered everything and now all of a sudden you want an extra $300-400 to be paid upfront in cash?? Dr.Kim excels at his job however his staff leaves much to desire. Incredibly rude, argumentative, and petty.
I've never seen the dentist like him, Very nice ,talented and I didn't feel hurt when he do surgery,. Highly recommended... GOD Bless your Heart Dr eugene D kim ,DDS
I've been taking Dr. Kim's implant lecture series, and have been super impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He really is an expert in implants, and so if he can't place an implant for you, nobody can! Really humble, patient guy, impressive high quality work. The course is easily well worth it. We had about 8-9 people in our session, and felt that Hiossen takes really good care of you. His partner Dr. Jenny is equally as patient and knowledgeable. Will take more in the future. Thanks!
