My experience was great.He was honest but respectful,compassionate and very helpful.
The worse experience I ever had in a doctors office, it was quite traumatic. The doctor was very immature, he doesn’t know how to speak effectively to a patient. I am not going back to this facility again. This experience stamped a negative impression of Optum.
