Dr Kennedy is a Great Dr and has a wonderful staff. They're always very professional and helpful. Enjoying seeing them every quarter for follow-ups
My experience with Dr. Kennedy, has been great, been a patient since 2016, Just open up in a conversation regarding any concerns and he will there to put in orders or prescribe medication as needed.
Dr. Kennedy's officeFailed big time and now I am going to be in the hospital because of them.They called me 2 days before my appointmentAnd told me they no longer accept my insurance and I could not pay cash because I am on access and they don't accept it so now I have to struggle to get my medication and I probably will end up in the hospital. Very unprofessional of themTo inform me at the last moment.
If I could give Kennedy a 0 STAR I would. What a joke! Came in says, you're here for hair loss right? One moment, walked out the room and came back with a prescription. No exam, no conversation, as to when did this start? Any changes in your diet? Stress in your life? He needs serious training. Complained to the Office Manager, she was too a real piece of work. Apple doesn't fall far from the tree. AVOID this place AT ALL COSTS!
Dr Kennedy is nice enough, however office staff is disorganized, unmotivated and no sense of urgency. I have tried for over 2 weeks to get a referral for my husband and his medical needs, and first they gave me the wrong ones with random Dr.'s on the referral, then I went to the office, gave them all information (Dr. name, address, phone number, fax number), they printed one referral said the other would be emailed to me. I got home and its all the wrong information on the referral...again!! I'm waiting to see if they redeem... read more
