place isn’t happy until you have waited at LEAST 30 minutes in the waiting room. don’t even bother to make an appointment. they have NO awareness of their patients time or appointments
I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Esther Hoffman for over a week. On the day of the visit, I started sneezing and thought it was perfect timing — I could see the doctor and find out whether it was a cold or the flu. When I arrived at the office, I politely asked the receptionist for a mask, out of respect for others. Dr. Hoffman is truly the best physician I've ever had. She's caring, kind, thoughtful, and very intelligent. She has helped me get my health in order and manage my chronic conditions. She replies to my portal messages and calls in a timely manner, and her staff is always kind and responsive. I appreciate how much time she spends with me. Dr. Hoffman doesn't rush me through visits and addresses my concerns.
